I ordered a new radiator, after a long wait I received the part. The one in the box was a new part that had been installed and removed, it is damaged. I skoke with several nice people that spoke poor broken english. I had great difficulty communicating my problem. They promised I would receive Return Information via email, IT NEVER CAME. I need the part, the car has been down 2 weeks now. I have to order a new one and await a refund.
