My elderly parents (age 83 and 84) have been with FarmBureau insurance for almost 15 years. They have been basically claim free on both their home and car until this past year. A claim was file on the vehicle for a damaged side mirror that was replaced and several months ago, their front door was kicked in, and the door had to be replaced. They received a letter indicating their insurance would not be renewed because of too many claims. I was completing taken back since they have been loyal customers for years.
