My sony vaio vgn ns130e was giving me problems. It was turning itself off and on. Then eventually never came back on. I contacted sony about the issue they sent me a box via fedex. I received the box on june 8. When I received it it was empty on the inside. On the outside it had a clear plastic enevelope with the return shipping label and the work order form. I did everything I was supposed to do as an customer. On june 13 I recieve d and email stating my repair charges woukld be 534.99 mind you my laptop was purchase for on 659.99 so... read full review »
