This office performed a root canal on me. I had two temporary crowns that fell out. Ok, they're temporary not a big deal. I then had my PERMANENT crown put on (which I paid several thousands of dollars for this procedure). The crown fell out 3 weeks later. When I went in to have it placed back in, the dentist gave me attitude saying I didn't bite down properly for the mold. She then spent half an hour drilling away at the tooth to make it fit.
