I was hurt on the job and Liberty Mutuals claims case manager almost had me talked into signing some papers then he would send me a check for $2500.00, and if I did not sign them I would not get anything. I did take them to an attorney just for advise and was told not to sign them that Liberty Mutual owed me the money anyways for the injury plus 15% penalty for having it sent in 21 days from the date of my doctors report. I did have to have surgery. This all happened in March 2009, and still yet Liberty Mutual has not sent me the money due nor have they returned any of my phone calls.
