We hirerd apply2save to mitigate with our mortgage company for a lower fixed rate.We paid them $995.00. That was in Oct. 2008.They told us to not have any contact with our mortgage company because they were handling all the technicalities. They told me if I talk to my mortgage company it would mess up their negotiations. I faxed them the paperwork that they needed just to be told 2 weeks later that they needed more paperwork.
