I was a customer of Direct Tv for 10years and paid for all services on time and in full. When I got a new TV I got a new cable box. I changed my service 3 months later to cable. I then got a bill from Direct TV claiming that I was liable for the remainder of a 1 year contract and was billed an early termination fee of $298.18.
