I have held a HSN credit card for over 6 years and beginning last year (6 months ago), my statements stopped. I contacted HSN several times. The first time my late fee was rescinded and subsequently paid my bill. After that, all bets were off. After I had called so many times I quit counting, HSN began lowering my credit limit because I was late paying my bill. I keep up with my bills and when to pay them by the statements I received and because I have not received a bill in months, I have been late a couple of times.
