This company abuses both their employees and their clientele. I have requested several times that they fix my merchandise (6 verbally, and 7 in writing) and was told that they would not. They also claim i owe them 14 more installments when by my records they are only owed 5. They constantly harass my roommates and have filled my voice mailbox with messages. i have tried working with them up until this point and I am ready to refuse further payments to them.
