I called to cancel my order on 5/22/09 via the VRS and did not receive a confirmation number. The company charged my credit card $88.01 on 6/1/09. I called VRS again and cancelled on 6/22/09. Then I called customer service on 6/22/09 to report the charges and request a refund. They hung up on me 3 times; stating that I needed to supply the confirmation. I told the CSR that there was none given via the VRS; it only stated the order was cancelled. The CSR told me I should have contacted customer support for the confirmation number.
