I had a scheduled washing machine repair and traveled 175. miles to come back from vacation to meet the repairman. He tried to call when my husband was in the bathroom and decided to unschedule the appointment. When I called about it, I was told I would have to reschedule for another day. What kind of service is this? I made the appoiuntment and assumed the repairman would show up when promised. I will never do business with Sears again.
