On June 6, 2009, I signed up for a 3 year membership to watch live tennis events. My credit card was charged for $44.85. A few days after I have tried to use the system and I was unable to download the software. I went to the local Apple store and after the expert have also tried unsuccessfully, I was told that the software was INCOMPATIBLE with my system. I e-mailed with tvprocessing.com (there is no phone number for customer service) and they took their time to reply that yes, their system only works with Windows.
