I signed up for the "work from home" packet for a shipping and handling fee of $1.95 month (June 2009) and have yet to receive said packet even though the charge was made to my credit card. A monthly charge has also been assessed to my account without my knowledge (this charge was not mentioned in the contract I signed). I have tried to get in touch with the company to cancel these charges but have been unable to do so.
