I had a consult for a relaxer to be done the woman said it didnt matter if i was pregnant, so after doing it in my hair it didnt take regis agreed to give me a gift card as a refund for my money so i could have it redone after my pregnancy. i have now tried severa; times to book a consult at the other store in my area however only one out of ten employees can do it and they couldnt even give me an appointment. so now they have taken money for something i didnt get or will even be able to get done. read full review »
