I am Justin Chong, date : 17/11/2009 tuesday i go malaysia GSC 1 utama cinema see new movie "2012", then i book twins seat ticket at Hall 9 at midnite 12:00. but when the movie goes about until 2 hour 30 minute, suddenly the movie stop half way. When the movie stop, already about 10 minute stil no any cinema staff to report what actually happen, and those cleanning staff sudenly come in and prepare for cleanning. all audience also dunno actually what happen then have to leave out the cinema by seen uncomplete movie "2012". i now want to complaint the air asia, my situation is, now in air asia website is wrote "hangzhou(shanghai)"so i wan go shanghai so i booked, but after i booking i check back in internet, hangzhaou and shanghai is very far city and is a different place, so the problem is i go to hang zhou then how i go to shanghai ?, is a very very shit problem here, so i want to cancel my flight i call to cutomer serivce "sharif" say can cancel then after 30 minute become canot cencel my flight shit customer service, if my booking can cancel... read full review »
