Time Warner has in two separate situations ripped off young people who move from one apartment to another. Both said they closed the account and turned in their cable box and were told they were paid up in full. But, then after several months learn that a charge in on their account (approx. $36 - $40). These young people wanted to keep their credit records as clean as possible, so both ended up paying the bill they did not think they owed.
