We were charged $114 for a room that was uninhabitable. We stayed in the room for a couple of hours, used a bar of soap, a towel, and a trash can before we moved across the street to another hotel. We were told by the desk clerk and subsequently the manager that we would be issued a credit for half the cost of the room, but after giving us the run-around for 4 days (i.e., not returning calls as promised), the manager said he would charge us for the full amount of the room, was extremely rude, and hung up on me.
