On 3/25/09 we placed an order for a nonmetallic corrosive cabinet to store pesticides, etc. The website showed "same day availability". On 4/13/09 we still had not received the cabinet so called to check status; a message stating "due to high call volume" all representatives were busy, requested leaving a number & email address, which I did. I finally spoke to someone on 4/17 and was told production was behind and the item would ship by 5/8/09.
