First and foremost, I purchase just about everything via the internet these days. That being said, I can honestly say that my recent experience with Thompson Cigar is hands down the worst online retail purchase I have ever experienced. Their order processing is the slowest I have ever encountered. Their customer service is terrible, and their lack of motivation to go the extra mile for their customers is just plain sad.
