Owner Todd Berkowitz and salesman Matt Knezevic conspired to cheat me (and presumably many others) out of an "owner loyalty rebate" advertised by the dealer. This fraudulent practice could not be any more blatant: the dealer prominently advertised a $500 rebate on the purchase of a new Subaru Outback Sport for existing owners.
