I have received at least 20 phone calls per day at my work and home phone threatening me that if I don't pay a past due bill they will take me to court and will have an investigating officer come to my work. I must pay this bill right away. Steve Carter (the chief investigating officer) called my boss at work and myself even when told personal phone calls were not allowed, and to contact me by mail.
