On Thanksgiving Day, I purchased at the Hudson, Florida, K-mart a DVD player which offered a $15 rebate. The next day, I sent all materials EXACTLY as instructed. Now the Sears/K-Mart rebate website states that I failed to included the UPC. This is absolutely false. ALL materials required were submitted. Calling the numbers listed for Sear and K-Mart just shifts you from automated menu to menu with no option of talking to a live human being.
