Staff is very abrupt and borderline rude on the phone. Ordered a wetsuit which I said that we would need for an upcoming trip. Sales rep recommended one which could be shipped immediately. Ordered a mens medium. The packing slip showed a mens large but the package contained a women's small. Called up and was told that we should reorder a new suit before returning the incorrect suit.
