I had the Gutter Helmet Sysytem install Back 12/2002 This system prevents leaves, debris, birds from getting into the gutters. Some how birds got into the gutter above the garage preventing the flow of water when it rains. I just noticed it cause of all the visible tigs. The system in all has been serving it's purpose, but this is an error of the installer that this part of the gutter was not properly sealed. I've placed numerous calls leave messages and no response.
