Special Assessment: I've asked for an itemized list of what everything costs. We own at Los Cabos (about 130 units). Doing the math: 52 owners (1 week each) times $820 equals $42, 640 per unit. No way the list of "upgrades" they have for Los Cabos equal near that amount. We've exchanged several e-mails with RVC with no satisfaction. We're planning on checking with the Federal Trade Commission about this. Sound like a scam. read full review »
