Booked flight+hotel+car for an out of town event. Event is canceled the DAY before; these things happen. Call travelocity and they tell me they can only refund about 8% of entire cost of trip. I'm not buying it. Travelocity is not a small company and I'M SURE they can afford to grant their customers a refund, minus a reasonable penalty. Not only am I upset about the cancellation of the evnt but I feel ripped off too. I will not do business with travelocity again." read full review »
