I too ordered Vital Acai thinking I was being charged only for shipping and handling charges for their so called free sample. When I placed the order there was no mention nor agreement by me for additional charges to me credit card, only the sample shipping and charges. Their was no bill and no receipt nor information included with the shipment, only the product. Since the product did not work as they guaranteed; I returned unopenned the next three shipments, marked refused and not wanted.
