This Web hosting company is a fraud. They evaluated our specs, put together a web hosting package and we paid $250 for an annual contract in advance. They claimed to be very experienced in our area (SMF Message boards). From the beginning and for the 4 weeks we were with them the service was failed - it made our Website slow, there were daily "white outs" - some 5 minutes, some and hour.
