I have been promised a call back for 17 days, saying a superivor would get back to me in 24 hours. I was told that there was a sale on the purchase of DVDs, and then my account was cancelled and "debt" sent to an attorney for all of $44.00 because the little girl at the counter had the information wrong--apparently, there was a sale one rentals. I am an attorney and can't believe after being a good customer of 20 years, I have been called a theif. If I treated my clients this way, i would have no clients. read full review »
