I was doing an online survey and ordered a book about government grants for $ 2.87 that was to be charged to my debit card and instead of charging me the $ 2.87 (p&h), they wound up charging me a total of $ 83.11. When I called to find out why, they informed me that I had joined a book club, but on the survey there was nothing said about a book club.
