Shame on Magic Jack for the Scam they have unvailed upon it's own people of America. My complaints are justified and real. I fell into their pack of lies and this is the result: 1. Customer service sucks 2. Live help does not exist, when you click on it, it just goes to a page with more sales hype 3. They promised me when they got the Montaa 406 area code I could switch.
