Net Spend mailed an un-activated (fully functional) prepaid credit/debit card to my apartment. I have never heard of this company nor do I want to have my name and address to be on file with them. I do not want a Net Spend account number set up with their business. Their solicitation is unwanted. I am a college student who frequently moves to different apartments, in knowing that a company like this can mail out these fully functional yet un-activated credit/debit card is concerning to say the least.
