I requested a free trial of AcaiBerry Supreme I could not continue taking the trial supply. When I tried to return it and stop any further shipments I could not get through to anyone. You have to have an RMA# in order to return it or they won't accept it. In the meantime, they sent me another bottle and charged my card again. When I signed up for a free trial I made the mistake of using my debit card thinking it was my Visa credit card.
