I first learned of them after finding their ad on MSN.COM where they displayed someone posing as a "Cathy" who gave testimony on two teeth whitening products offered by Advanced Wellness Research at "only" $4.95 shipping for two samples. The samples arrived and a week later so did another then the following week I received two more boxes.
