Hello my name is Rosa Clavell. I am extremely upset beccause imy central air conditioner broke down and i called Sears repair service on Monday and they couldnt give me any appointments till Thursday. When Thursday came around i didnt go to my job waiting for someone to come to my house to fix my air.
