Waited 4 hours for Connect TV (DirecTv contractor) to come install a new line. Showed up @ 359 pm (window was 12-4) took one look at the dish and said he could not touch it because the last installer installed dish in the wrong place. Left in 5 minutes with a promise that his supervisor would call me in an hour. No phone call going on second day. Call DirecTv, they put in a email to same superisor to call me within the hour...3 hours later NO PHONE CALL. Company is a complete joke, very unprofessional, installer had a "I don't care attitude"...don't deal with these jerks tell DirecTv to send someone else... read full review »
