I signed up to receive a free trial sample of RezV Ultra. No problem, there. It arrived today. The problem is that I can't find a Web address or telephone number through which I can unsubscribe from this program. I found out I need surgery July 1, which will mean that I am -- literally -- off my feet for two months, or so, depending on how fast I heal. I won't be able to manage more online accounts for the foreseeable future. Any help would be appreciated.
