I decided to try their free trial offer and found nothing exciting about this product, so I called to cancel, after holding for over 12 minutes I got a computer automated cancelation sequence which I followed. Finally after holding another 11 minutes I spoke with a customer representative who barely spoke the English language, told her that I did not want the two shipments that showed up in the mail and she informed me that my credit card would be credited for these two shipments, THIS DID NOT HAPPEN!!! and I did not have to return the... read full review »
