A representative from money works called and offered to negotiate lowering the interest rates on my mastercard. All I needed to do was put 990.00 on my card, which they assurred me would be taken off once I filled out and faxed the paperwork. When I received the paperwork I faxed back to moneyworks in the allotted time but the 990.00 was never taken off my card. The credit card company and collection is now telling me I am over in my credit limit.
