I signed up for this service in JULY and submitted a custom search. I accidentally put in the wrong zip code for where I wanted to look so I waited to see if when the results came back I would be able to submit a new search. Well when weeks went by and still nothing came back I called and spoke with Jennifer in the customer support area. She apologized for no response to my request and asked me to send her an email with all of my criteria and they would expedite it due to my patience as a customer. So I did.
