I used Cultural Care agency and I was very disappointed with their service. Once I paid my money upfront, and received my au pair (who I had trouble with the moment she stepped into my home), I could not get any help with my situation. BE WARNED about this agency - avoid them and make sure your counselor is not working fulltime. I call and call and my counselor is never at home, at night, she says she is "eating dinner" with her family!! read full review »
