August 2007, my husband ordered NEC DVD's to study for an electrician's exam. Credit card was charged and we were told DVD's would arrive in 7 - 10 days. Nothing, so I called, and e-mailed and called and e-mailed and called and e-mailed. The voicemail message sounds like some woman in her living room with fifteen children in the background. Needless to say, as of today (January 1, 2009), we have never heard from them regarding anything- refund or DVD's. read full review »
