I understand that East Coast people have a rep for the attitude. However, this hotel takes it over the edge. My first visit to Manhattan two weeks ago was crazy when I arrived at my hotel. The mgmt is a bunch of idiots who care nothing about the guest. I three times asked for extra towels and they never brought them. The shower doesnt have a divider or a tub, its open with an old curtain. So when you shower... your entire bathroom is filled with water everywhere. I have left messages for the staff the last two weeks and no one has called me back. read full review »
