I was checking my phone bill and received a charge from OAN Services for Kool Telecom. I called the number on my Verizon Bill for Kool Telecom and they stated that I signed up for the service on June 2nd, thru a website www.usprizedraw.com. I was charged $24.56. I told them it is impossible for me to have done that I hate those websites and I work 2 jobs and barely have time to get on the internet. The representative then was offering me 6 months for free.
