Classmates.com is infamous among disappointed consumers. Once you sign up for Classmates.com gold membership, it is nearly impossible to cancel that membership. I personally have requested a password reset dozens of times, so that I can access my account, but have NEVER received a response from Classmates. This means that I cannot use the services that I HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR!!! I also cannot access the account link to cancel my account on-line.
