When I ordered restaurants.com certificates at 60% discount paying on line with my credit card from citibank, I filled out a routing survey and was automatically enrolled in shopping essentials. They billed my citibank master card for 3 months although I never used the program or ordered any merchandise through shopping essentials. I phoned to complain to shopping essentials that I did not want their services and my account was cancelled as of Jun 1. However I believe I am entitled to some benefits for the 3 months during which I was charge 14.95 per month for membership in this shopping essentials. read full review »
