Went to HEB to purchase groceries on 6/18/09. On 6/20/09 went to purchase an item that only cost $22 from an online company. My debit card was declined due to lack of funds. I know I had enough to buy that item so I checked my account online. That is when I found out that HEB double pulled the money from my checking account when I bought my groceries. I called the store and the only "help" that was offered was to give me a different phone number to call in a few days and they might "try" to "investigate" it. So basically, they steal my money, and give me the run around so they do not have to give it back. read full review »
