I tried to download renewal for nortons and it said it went thru but when I tried to look at it it said it was not downloaded . So I had to go buy one at the store and put it on my computer. I would like to be remebursed for the charges to my credit card. $59.99. If you need a copy of my receipt for when I purchased it at the store days later I will be happy to mail it to you.
