On March 25, 2009 I purchased a 30 day trial membership for the Awakened Imagination Kit from Dreams Alive. I had 30 days to decide if I wanted to continue or cancel. I notified the company by email to please cancel my membership on April 23, 2009.On April 27, 2009 I was charged $32.95 on my Visa.When the product arrived in the mail I returned it unopened the next day. I have made MANY requests both by email and phone to Paul Bauer and Dreams Alive requesting they please refund my money ALL have been ignored with the exception of one... read full review »
