STILL suspended, no word or contact from ANYONE. I called ERC as directed and specified that I had issues, concerns, and complaints with my DM about Retaliation/Discrimination and spent over an hour on the phone with the ERC rep, who assured me that my report would get sent above him to a group that does the actual investigation and I would get a call from them within 48 hours. This is my story. In April of 08 I started out as a 3rd key on Galion Ohio. I was quickly promoted to Assistant Manager, due to my work ethic and willingness to break my back to get the job done. Later in that year I transferred to Mansfield store #4638, a store that did a third of the volume that I was used to working in, as Assistant Manager there.
